The house in rent whitout license , is many dangerous :
The owner house (casa particular) should pay a monthly a quote to the Cuban government for to can rent it to the tourists.
The house in rent without a license is illegal in Cuba.
The problem is that if an inspector go in the home and he see it , the owner must pay ticket of 1500 CUC and he risk of lose the house.
As such, the particular casa en Cuba without license is less expensive but much more dangerous and absolutely more illegal. Is the reason because our place doesn't have those houses. Our place only has legal houses in Havana and in all Cuba.
